Do you have a fitness regime?

I go to the gym almost everyday, and I both teach and enjoy pursuing Shotokan karate at least four times a week, I run, I swim, and I am extremely vigilant of how much I eat and drink.
I'm blessed with a fast metabolism so I process what I ingest quickly and efficiently too. I weigh just under 40 kg.

I go for a hour long run 3 times a week, some yoga and at home exercises from youtube videos.. I also walk a crap load

I'd love to make time for running and yoga.

I wish I could go without it now. I always feel crappy if I don't do it now. it sucks but its also good especially when you see results.. making time for it can be difficult though
