Do you have a fitness regime?

I go to the gym almost everyday, and I both teach and enjoy pursuing Shotokan karate at least four times a week, I run, I swim, and I am extremely vigilant of how much I eat and drink.
I'm blessed with a fast metabolism so I process what I ingest quickly and efficiently too. I weigh just under 40 kg.

I play hockey 2x a week along. Between the game and all the training/conditioning that goes along with that.
