i wanna start an exercise and diet regimen like i used to .

How do i get started?😖

Start walking. Then as you feel up to it, add more strenuous exercise.

Dont diet. Theres no such thing as a "diet" imo. Your body needs vital nutrients mentally and for physical activity. Just eat smaller meals with less fat and sugar. Replace rubbish fats with healthier ones like coconut oil for example and if u dont have a gym near u then just walk do a few squats or even buy a cheap set of kettle wieghts. Theres so much u can do with them. You dont have to go bang at it. 3 times a week maybe. I need to get back into it again myself. Think this crap British weather gives u S A D lol. Need some more vit D. 😊 Good luck however u decide to do it.

Meal plan for the week and start up whatever excercise activities you enjoy. Small goals are best at the start. 2/3 weeks and you'll be in the swing of it.

Can you exercise with a friend? I think people are more likely to stick with an exercise program if they exercise with a friend.

As to diet, there are tons of diets out there that you can research but only you can decide what works best for you. I've heard that generally the least processed foods are the best.

I find that sticking with a regimen is harder than starting one.

@bunny61: I know that some of the communities by us have inexpensive exercise classes. Perhaps you could find one that you might enjoy.

planning is the key to success
set yourself some goals and write down an excercise plan...whether its going for a one hour walk....a jog round the park or swimming...and stick to it...start off taking it easy and work up to more strenuous stuff once your body adapts.
weigh yourself and take measurements and make a note of them and do it again in one month and keep a record of your progress.

you are weird breadroll. i don't waste any time thinking about it...it just came to me and then i wrote it down. i have been very ill and it made me physically incapable of doing this all out. but i think i am well enough now. thanks
