I’m home from the hospital

It was difficult. You still need be taking care for a week at least. Just posting this here to nag in case you forget.

What happened to you and the others was definitely scary, as in it could have been far worse...but you know that. I hadn't seen the other post, and I hope you and all exposed will have no lasting health problems from the experience.

Not that it helps any, but I know a lot of 'us' aren't good at recognizing when we're really in trouble. At least you're not alone, in that. 🙃

What good would it have done you if you had panicked? For all you know your positive energy is one reason that your body responded well to your ailment

its so fucked up what happened ,i would be traumatized

Make sure you take it easy the next couple of days
