You are perfect. Start with that. All your life you're going to want to make changes and improvements, and that can be very healthy, but never forget you started off just perfect.

Feel you're gaining too much weight? Move more, eat health and eat a little less.

It's a doctor's job to tell us things are they are, and sometimes they're hard to hear. But if this practitioner has a bedside manner that doesn't agree with you, you're free to see another doctor. They provide a service; they don't command you.

People are all different kinds of built, beautiful and healthy. Some tall women are rail thin and for them, that's natural. Others are built like Vikings, and that's their lot. There's beauty in everyone and as long as you're body is in good working order, I wouldn't sweat it too much.
