Is 257lbs fat for a 5’11” 3/4 woman?

Some people say most guys prefer a woman with weight on them which is understandable but that’s how big I am and my doctor is going to KILL ME!!!!!!! 😳😳😳😳😳😳 I’m trying to get cylinder and fit but my body is just too doggone big and wide.
I’m seeing her next week and she’s gonna be so disappointed and scold me. She’s one of those in your face doctors the will tell you straight up and very strict. If you screw up and not follow the plans, the smile will fade away. She’s kind but she’s very scary when she’s angry and I’m no offense scared of her.
