find someone to exercise with

Yes, exercise improves all mental functioning; your brain is part of your body. It also gives you more energy to study and helps ward off depression.

Drinking water is important, too. I read of a study where stockbrokers were given 3 oz.cups of water to drink every half hour and they made a lot more money than the ones who weren't drinking that water.
If you're looking to improve concentration, what you need is yoga and meditation. Not regular exercise. Find a good instructor, and it can do wonders !

I used to be a member of a gym that gave cheap yoga lessons but I can't afford the gym or proper yoga classes anymore. :( I do sometimes try to meditate at home but it isn't as easy.
@LittleRebz: You don't have to go anywhere then. You can find good tutorials for whatever you're looking for on the net. Meditating is no easy thing. It takes practice !

@taehyun: 🤔 hmm, I've never really trusted those things but I guess it might be better than SW. XD

A lot of them work from home, so I would trust them more than here lmao

I think so yeah I find it really helps ridding excess stress and lets me focus on things that are more important.

Of course. Consistent exercise benefits most everything.
And once you get in to it you'll find you won't want to stop.

Definitely! Getting motivated can be tough but develop a mantra such as "Lots of benefits"
Yes it definitely does.. my doctor told me about it to help my adhd and it helps a lot 😊

It worked for me. My workrate has tripled since I started to workout.
