Could regular (and healthy amounts) of exercise help someone improve their concentration?

I mean just in regards to like a whole weekly basis would they gain better concentration and have more energy? :) It is hard to get motivated to exercise but if it will help me improve with college then I would be way more motivated to work harder with exercise. XD

Of course. Consistent exercise benefits most everything.
And once you get in to it you'll find you won't want to stop.
