I am almost a vegetarian; I eat meat only if I know the name of the animal.
To keep myself healthy, I run and swim a lot.
In my opinion running is the best thing you can do: it's free, you don't have to be with annoying people in the same room, it will clear your mind, and it will generally improve your health because we are designed by nature to be runners. That's why we have feet!

I am very fit . I do 200 push ups and sit ups every morning . I do a 35 minute intensive kick boxing drill work out after thst hat . I take dance class 3 nights a week , and I spar every Friday .

I am pretty healthy. What do I do? Sleep, eat healthy, drink water, exercise, and try not to stress out. I am a nurse so I need to set an example for my patients 😁.

Very healthy not on medication of any and still can climb long stairs with ease😅only stomach cramps every month.

Remarkably unhealthy but somewhat healthy at the same time. I don't eat much, but when I do I eat healthy food. I exercise quite a lot but I smoke heavily. I don't drink often but when I do I go at awfully hard.
