How healthy are you and what do you do to keep yourself healthy?

I am very fit . I do 200 push ups and sit ups every morning . I do a 35 minute intensive kick boxing drill work out after thst hat . I take dance class 3 nights a week , and I spar every Friday .

@KiwiBird no .., lately it’s been those MMA girls . They get pretty intense

@KiwiBirdwow! Awesome job. I tore a knee in college softball . I used to run everywhere but now I don’t dare or risk joint replacement surgery . I was swimming till covid hit. Dancing will have to do
