Last time was a year and a half ago, ER for stitches in my lip. Before that? Four years ago for a kidney stone I couldn't get rid of. Before that, probably over 10 years, so I'm counting five times in 30 something years and three of those involved that one kidney stone( trip to the clinic, trip to the uroligist, trip to surgery for removal.

Not often. I go once a year for a checkup and I may go a second time if something is wrong (I am a hypochondriac so the reason for going may not be valid in another's mind) but even then I don't go that often on account of my fear of hospitals. 🤦‍♂️

Once a year for a physical, once a year to my dermatologist (I have had skin cancer), every few years for a colonoscopy, and more often when something is wrong.
