Well done.I recommend you carry on working out with weights and make yourself stronger.
I prepared for my 4th dan karate black by barefoot running 8 miles a day on pavements (sidewalks) and though a wooded area behind my home. After running I practiced all my karate techniques including punching and kicking some of the tree trunks to make sure my hands and feet were super tough.I passed my grading so now I'm a 4th dan.
Gyms are open here now and I'm back there using the weights and swimming after my workouts.

No, unfortunately I realize how much I was exercising before and haven't been able to match it. Just getting to and from class and biking around town to meet up with people was a lot of it. I've gained 5 pounds since all this started.

Yes, I have bumped up my running and cycling. My yoga routine has stayed the same,

No,the opposite. Been letting myself go, and been feeling demotivated, was meant to be going through my career change but that may just have to wait.
Yes, it’s been nice. I’ve run over 150 miles this month
