Has anyone actually increased their activity levels during current restrictions?
For me personally I believe I鈥檝e adapted pretty well, I haven鈥檛 been doing my sports but I鈥檝e done personal workouts using weights and I reckon my fitness levels have actually increased in the last couple of months 馃槵
Anyone else done this?
