Has anyone actually increased their activity levels during current restrictions?

For me personally I believe I’ve adapted pretty well, I haven’t been doing my sports but I’ve done personal workouts using weights and I reckon my fitness levels have actually increased in the last couple of months 😬

Anyone else done this?

Well done.I recommend you carry on working out with weights and make yourself stronger.
I prepared for my 4th dan karate black by barefoot running 8 miles a day on pavements (sidewalks) and though a wooded area behind my home.After running I practiced all my karate techniques including punching and kicking some of the tree trunks to make sure my hands and feet were super tough.I passed my grading so now I'm a 4th dan.
Gyms are open here now and I'm back there using the weights and swimming after my workouts.
