Has anyone actually increased their activity levels during current restrictions?

For me personally I believe I’ve adapted pretty well, I haven’t been doing my sports but I’ve done personal workouts using weights and I reckon my fitness levels have actually increased in the last couple of months 😬

Anyone else done this?

I was running for a while, but I hurt my leg. 😭 I WAS DOING SO WELL.

You could train upper body whilst your leg recovers? But be careful with your leg 😬 👍@BlueVeins

@Chrisy2 In principle, yes, but I'd rather eat a bowl of thumbtacks. I know it's wrong but I just can't make myself do body-weight exercises. 😒

Everyone has their strengths when it comes to fitness - you just need to wait u til your leg is ok & you’ll be flying again! 😎👍@BlueVeins

@Chrisy2 Thanks. 🤗 I oughtta get into climbing when I go back to college. That'd be a good upper body workout.
