Has anyone actually increased their activity levels during current restrictions?

For me personally I believe I鈥檝e adapted pretty well, I haven鈥檛 been doing my sports but I鈥檝e done personal workouts using weights and I reckon my fitness levels have actually increased in the last couple of months 馃槵

Anyone else done this?

I was running for a while, but I hurt my leg. 馃槶 I WAS DOING SO WELL.

You could train upper body whilst your leg recovers? But be careful with your leg 馃槵 馃憤@BlueVeins

@Chrisy2 In principle, yes, but I'd rather eat a bowl of thumbtacks. I know it's wrong but I just can't make myself do body-weight exercises. 馃槖

Everyone has their strengths when it comes to fitness - you just need to wait u til your leg is ok & you鈥檒l be flying again! 馃槑馃憤@BlueVeins

@Chrisy2 Thanks. 馃 I oughtta get into climbing when I go back to college. That'd be a good upper body workout.
