MSM, Ester Vit. C, and Calcium/Magnesium combination. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be walking.

In most cases you don't notice but they are helping. I was taking the a few and I couldn't tell any difference and as soon as I stopped taking them and I felt a major difference. I also caught a horrible cold and then a bronchial infection. While I was taking that my never got sick.

I only believe in them when there's a deficiency, but i've had both an iron and B12 deficiency at various times so have noticed the difference.. particularly in energy levels. Plus i had a blood test which showed the improvement.

don't take multivitamins they're worthless and prolonged use hasn't been determined as either safe or neutral
most aren't bioavailable. I take L-theanine sometimes to calm myself, it's basically the chemical in green tea at a dose level.

I’ve been drinking green drinks and apple cider vinegar gummies. Feeling well in general. Not sure how much these contribute, but they can’t hurt
