Have you ever taken a vitamin or supplement and actually noticed a change in your body?

I take some and wonder if they actually are doing anything.

What have you taken where you noticed a difference

I only believe in them when there's a deficiency, but i've had both an iron and B12 deficiency at various times so have noticed the difference.. particularly in energy levels. Plus i had a blood test which showed the improvement.

@SW-User One may self-diagnose and be wrong. bout energy levels, I think it's mostly trial and error
