Everything you're doing is great. However, working out too much, actually breaks down your musculature. After you've lost the weight, you have to keep it off. Therefore, maintain a program that does just that.It has to be life long.
You can't say to yourself "Now I can back to eating the way I did before". Otherwise you'll be back to where you started and over time it will be more and more difficult to lose that weight. Weight control is a life long effort. I'm experienced☺

It depends on how much you weigh now.
If someone is bigger they can lose more weight in a shorter time period, and as they get closer to their goal weight they begin to lose less and less per week/month in terms of KGs.

m 78 kgs at present which is 171.961 lbs
Very true. The rate of loss would be decreasing over the time. You have to avoid being to strict to yourself when it is near to your "natural" weight.

I was reading an article about this a while ago... It said something like the heavier (either from fat or muscle) a person is, the more calories they will burn at rest and they will need more calories to maintain their current body weight... or something along those lines.
If you need to lose weight you need to figure out how many calories you burn per day and eat less then what you burn.
They say if you want to lose ½ a KG in a week you need to create a 500 calorie deficit per day.

Also, those fitness wrist bands can really help you keep track of how many calories you burn per day. I have one myself.

I think 2 kg / month is the max for sustainable weight loss. Of course, some people loss weight as much faster rate yet there will be a much increased chance to rebound.
