I feel much better about my man working out in the heat

Desmond’s job involves a lot of manual labor, but he also struggles with mental illness and I’ve been worrying about the heat getting to him and affecting his mental health. But he just told me the sweat and exertion is actually what helps keep him grounded and focused. He compared it to a good long workout, which he does regularly. Come to think of it, Desmond’s told me something like that once before. Well, hearing him clarify that makes me feel a whole lot better about him working in the scorching heat. I just hope he will stay hydrated and pace himself if he does feel exhausted. But he gave me his word on that too. 🤗

Oh absolutely. A hard workout does wonders for one’s mental health. Days that I’m physically so exhausted I can barely stand I don’t struggle so much emotionally.
Working in the sun helps me too. I always think about the calories I'm burning. I usually prefer hot weather because my body feels better in it.

Exercise helps with most mental conditions. It helps me immensely.

@Joyce172 Why are you still trying to reach me after I exposed you?

My husband he mows people yards. Most of the time he doesn't schedule people in the afternoons
