I finally got old all at once

I'd been so unusually young for
so long...

I am 59. I have a very physical job so it keeps me in shape. I complain about soreness etc to my doctor, and he says your not 20 any more. I should be!!! Im active and take care of myself. This year some one flipped the genetic switch and all of the sudden Im having issues. A recent CT scan shows a host of old person issues. Im too young to be this old!!!!!

@Confined Yeah it happened to me when I left my physical job...but I'm bombarded by ads on my sport feeds about Tai Chi and I do like that new option to start.
