Growing Old is Inevitable

For the most part, I spend the majority of my day helping older individuals get stronger, healthier and more adapted to their changes in life.
Along this journey, I have built lifelong friendships with these individuals. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and wisdom because of these relationships.

So, I will pass along this video one of them shared with me. The video is A.I. generated….but the points are accurate.

Sadly, no it isn’t. A friend of mine had cancer 3 times by the time she was 27.
