I sure agree…in old age u face dna damage and mitochondrial dysfunction, which leads to frailty, bone loss, and what Dr Attia calls the four horsemen: cancer, heart disease, dementia, and type two diabetes.

Ha! I wrote a post on SW at least a year ago (since deleted) that asked that very question - "Is old age a disease?". Only because how often is it reported that so-and-so died of old age ?
