I'm at the age where I can't tell if I'm hot because of Arizona, or because I'm starting to get hot flashes

I’m 15 years younger and I already get the hot flashes 😂 but it could also be the southern heat.

I’ve noticed if I drink a hot drink I get a mild flash. It’s coming for us😒

Hot flushes suck, out of nowhere and boom, it's like you're in an oven, red faced and sweating. It always happens when it's most inconvenient too.

It is only 80 here but I feel hot. The AC in my car is on max.
