There is no anti-aging medication that's currently proven to work. There is some evidence that a medication known as rapamycin may have anti-aging properties, but almost all of this evidence is in lab animals, not humans. It's a pretty well tolerated, well-studied drug though (developed for organ rejection), so many people choose to take it despite the weak evidence.

Barring that, building muscle is a really good way to extend your healthspan. As we get old, we lose muscle mass inevitably. Working out can't fully stop it, but if you have bigger muscles to begin with, it'll take a lot more time for your muscles to atrophy to the point of it being a problem. Frailty is a massive risk for old people, as it can lead to severe injuries, which in turn cause further health decline. This was part of how my grandmother died.
There was a lot of hoo ha coming from Dr David Sinclair a few years back, but much of that has proven to be manufactured bullshit - he made a lot of it up, sold his "research" for millions and is back at another university doing the same scam again.

In truth its about optimal nutrition and bodily conditioning uniquely tailored to suit your own biology.
- Think Brian Johnson.

@BlueVeins is correct - the best thing you can do for yourself is stay physically strong and have an optimal V02 max (oxygen in blood).

Nutrition is second to that so all your systems have the fuel to self heal and keep running properly.

There are suppliments like vitamins, creatine and nmn and all that - but it gets confusing.
Lol 😆 idk or care. I'm aging naturally. Did you know if you count the wrinkles on a human being that will tell you what age they are!?

I doubt it otherwise everyone would be taking it.

Wait a few years there is stuff out on the market now, but the science isn't really there.
If they really worked nobody would look old.

@robingoodfellow that is a good point, thanks.
@robingoodfellow if it really worked it'd be an elitist thing and only the rich could afford it🫤
