My core belief is that there is always more to learn. Even when there are setbacks in life, I try to see it as an opportunity to learn from the pain and discomfort so that I can do better next time.

@bookerdana Because most mornings that's what scares me and I have to do something that motivates me to keep going. Not that growing old is bad it's inevitable.
