@PepsiColaP Plato talked about the teacher's love, transmitting love for the subject to the student, that consequently falls in love with both the subject and the teacher.. Platonic love... If you carefully see it, he's right, always a passionate teacher transfers her passion to her students. And just like that, students are in love 😍
@being i love this

@PepsiColaP yes I know, just make sure it remains platonic otherwise shit get complicated 🤣🤣

Same, if they actually approached me I'd probably be disgusted hahaha but I like admiring some people from afar. It's even happened with some friends of mine, like I keep wondering what if somebody made a move and what it would be like to be with them but I don't actually want that.

That's interesting, i don't think I've had a platonic interest like that ever

@being I remember now properly, when I was a teen I liked my cousin in a platonic way too.

I used to have a crush on a man almost twice my age (at the time). My type at the first sight. I still wonder what he's doing now and what I meant to him after our brief encounter. 🙊 Even if I know he must be so old now.

@CrazyMusicLover yes... usually when there's such a big gap, it's certainly unforgettable.. but it can be unimportant from the side of the older person..:( at least that's how it worked for me when I was dating a younger guy lol
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@being It is very possible.
being · 36-40, F
@CrazyMusicLover I've also dated an older guy when I was younger and I believe he must have felt like that..:(

Love is always platonic, be it for your parents, siblings, teachers/gurus or friends.
People started to use it instead of using the word lust just to make them sound more decent.

@being I think so. We usually have two emotions with our spouse/gf/bf/etc. One is the feeling of love/respect/care for them, which can have different levels of deepness depending on your relationship. Other is of lust, that is more or less depend on your desires/basic instincts, not on your emotions. But when you share such moments with them, it can make you connect more deeply at level of emotions with them. But such emotions you feel that have grown out of physical relations can be one sided, because your physical closeness made you connect at emotional level with them, not their emotional response that made you develop the emotions.

Fortunately you said platonically, because there's a few geriatric gents here who would've hit you up otherwise.
perhaps you pay too much attention to people's gender.
in addition to being a female you are also something that is in the body of a female. it has no gender.

Age is something we cannot hide from, it just marches on.

Very nice sentiment.

Okay so what do you want to tell us with this? 👀
being · 36-40, F
@MartinTheFirst that I want them all and time is limiting and also, being just one human is limiting too 🙈
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@being Well in that case it's not platonic love, it sounds very much like unplatonic love lol. Platonic love is the kind you have for your mother.
being · 36-40, F
@MartinTheFirst no it's not exactly that.. and I'm kind of joking, not 100% though, there's some truth 🤣🤣
Justenjoyit · 61-69, M
Cheers for that and getting older bit lol
