How important is your daily routine to your fitness/health?

Mine takes a nosedive if I’m traveling and in another time zone.

Very important. I'm The same, on vacation everything is just chaos

My routine is very important. So in years past when I was traveling more, my routine would get messed up. I would really need to think about and plan when, where, and how I was going to work out. Not every city I visited was amenable to me just stepping out the front door of the hotel and going for a run.
@sarabee1995 you did great I’m sure but I find being mindful is easier said than done ! I try to plan ahead but there are so many unexpected changes of plans when I travel.

It really bothers me mentally because I work out every day for two hours and if something happens and I can't work out I get extremely anxious and feel like I have gained 5 pounds and my health took a nose dive.
@Mardrae I understand

It used to be a huge part of my life and I was a happier person for it. Unfortunately with two jobs and no help parenting I don't have time for myself.

Yup, I can't wait to get back to my routine....I can't understand why people love to "travel" I'm sort of not built for it...

I do a at home work out every day. It's very important because of my tics and outbursts.

I treat it as part of my workday.
Usually a run and always a CrossFit class.

More for my mental heath

It keeps me from being fat and not freaking out about my weight. I have huge body image issues.
I usually do better when I’m travelling.
@Notladylike how so?

Like physical clock work that sets my mental state for the day.
