They put a cast on one of my feet and forced my foot to redistribute the pressure from my bone spur to my heel and it worked also. Sucked wearing the cast to bed. I stood over 17 hours each day at work

My podiatrist had me try several things for my plantar fasciitis. The thing that finally worked was called an Equinus Brace. It was a while back, but I think I had to wear it every day for about an hour, sitting down, for weeks. It had different settings and the doctor's office would have me come back every few weeks to have it put on a higher setting as my foot adjusted. The amount that the insurance company paid for this was frightening, but I see you can find them online for much less.

I have that chronically. My GP and physio aren't interested either, the excercises really don't work. But I was talked out of the injection because the physio said no doctors like to do it because they always get kicked in the face!? I didn't know what to say to that. He also said it would only work for a few months then the pain would probably come back. The nhs just don't want to pay the money...

Reflexology treatments may be of help for this, also aromatherapy. There are several anti-inflammatory essential oils that could be blended into a foot cream for you. 😊

I see a lot of people on Reddit complaining about the Doctors in the US or UK.
