I heal from Plantar fasciitis by getting PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection.

My GP was ignoring my plantar fasciitis. I asked them to refer me to Orthopaedic because I was in a lot of pain. They refused to refer me and did not give me strong painkillers. I hate that GP in England. My GP gave zero help for my pain.

I went online and I read about how ginger could reduce muscle pain. I drank ginger water (boiled for 30 mins) everyday to reduce the pain.
I followed some doctors on youtube and they gave me excellent advice about the symptoms and massage my calves to reduce the pain on my feet. The physiotherapist was pretty much useless in the surgery. Their exercises didn't reduce my pain.

I went the Orthopaedic in Malaysia and got PRP injection. It had cost me RM2100= £350 once treatment. My feet were painful for 6 months after the injections but it has healed significantly from the pain after more than a year. I can't feel the pain on my heels anymore. I will recommend people to go to Malaysia because the medical treatment isn't extortionated compared to the US.

My husband will go to see the Orthopaedic in Kuala Lumpur to see about his knee.

My podiatrist had me try several things for my plantar fasciitis. The thing that finally worked was called an Equinus Brace. It was a while back, but I think I had to wear it every day for about an hour, sitting down, for weeks. It had different settings and the doctor's office would have me come back every few weeks to have it put on a higher setting as my foot adjusted. The amount that the insurance company paid for this was frightening, but I see you can find them online for much less.
