Anyone here ever treated for severe constipation?

My sisters diabetes is causing another bout of severe constipation for days. She went to urgent care today and they told her since Miralax didn't work, take stool softener, an enema and Metamucil fiber..she's afraid of the strong Miralax did not work, that these new treatments won't too. Anyone ever have any other med/treatment?

@reubles yep, after a hospital visit, they couldnt help me after 5 days. One doctor told me to try this, within a few hours, it worked

@Coralmist small bottle, drank the whole thing. Bottle size of drinks on planes. I had gone 7 straight days and hurt alot
