Finally feeling better

Made it out of bed today took a shower and went to doctor. Got swabbed for Covid, flu and strep. All my tests came back negative but I have a hole in my eardrum with infection. I’m taking several different meds and I’m definitely thankful for the nausea meds.

My ears are filled with fluid from long term sinusitis. I use Bluetooth hearing aids because of it. How does one get a hole in the ear drum?

@tobynshorty Oh so it's been there a long time. I won't do the procedure to drain my ears because the grommet makes a drain hole and I'm afraid of infection plus it won't clear my hearing immediately and I won't be able to use my hearing aids which not only allow me to hear the room but also use my phone.
Your story confirms a small hole could be a source for infection.

@bookerdana they can do surgery but I won’t let them. I can get a hearing aid.
