So much pain

I'm in so much pain. They've ruled out rheumatoid arthritis but they say I still have to go see the specialist. My scalp keeps hurting, like the skin is sore and it hurts to move my hair. My joints ache and I get sharp pains in them too. I'm super stiff in my legs in the morning too, I can barely walk. If I've been sat down it hurts to walk for a bit and my legs are stiff too.
Right now it's my wrist and fingers hurting so much I can't think of anything else. I can't sleep at night, I keep waking up for no reason at all. I'm keeping pretty cheery tho all things considered. I can't be sad rn BC I made my first proper friend in the last few months. It makes such a difference having a friend.

Some viruses do this. My mother had these symptoms (among other) when she had covid but it passed within two weeks. It's sharp travelling pain going from one part of the body to another.
And then also lyme disease can cause flare ups like that and it's often hard to diagnose.
Have you been tested for gout?

Have they checked your Vitamin D levels? I am on a whopping big dose of vitamin D right now for 12 weeks for different kinds of arthritis.

@Vengabus I don’t feel any better yet either. I have had the vitamins before and they made me feel better.
Vengabus · 36-40
@tobynshorty fingers crossed it starts working and that's all it is

@Vengabus I am hoping that it works for both of us.

Im sorry you are experiencing such terrible pain. Have they also ruled our psoriatic arthritis?
Vengabus · 36-40
@Eidolon I don't know, I don't think so
I had a load of blood tests and my RA factor was fine, that's all I know. Everything they tested came back fine, but I haven't had the results from the x-ray back yet

-. Eat really nutritious foods. Lots of protein because it heals the body! nuts, meat, fish, eggs, chicken, etc.
- drink lots of green tea with honey and lemon
-Then fast 3 days. It kicks in healing.
- take relaxing ginger baths
-Get lots of sunshine, vitamin D, and take multivitamins omega 3

Its out of left field. But ask them to throw in a test for shingles..Dr House would...😷
Vengabus · 36-40
@whowasthatmaskedman you get a rash with shingles, it's not going to be that
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Vengabus Agreed. Its not typical. However an irritated scalp was mentioned and just sometimes the rash shows up in odd places. Its worth a test to eliminate.😷

You should see a neurologist for nerve pain.

Have you tried a hot salt bath?
Vengabus · 36-40
@YoMomma baths help while I'm in them, I did have some bath salts that were lovely. They were mixed with lavender. My little boy liked them too though so I used them all on his baths. They helped him sleep.

@Vengabus maybe you need more?
