Do you need to cool your body down after showering before getting ready?

When swe still used to get the FHM magazine here in SA, i once read an article where a south african supermodel said that she like to turn the shower to cold to rinse before getting out the shower just to "tone everything up" - i tried it and i still dont look like a supermodel 🙈

Usually. I have a fan sitting on the clothes hamper in the bathroom, and if the shower has made me too hot, the fan cools me off nicely. I have it plugged in in the next room, so that if it falls over, the plug will unplug.

No, I need to warm up. By the time I've dried off, the effect of the warm water is long gone.
