Do you take care of your feet?

Some people don't. Feet be lookin' like they walked barefoot through the Valley of the Shadow of Death. Lmao.

Few months back i got myself a Podiatrist.

Good guy who comes out every 8 weeks and trims my nails; warm water soaks my feet with a massage action; applies a skin protective lotion and is monitoring for signs of diabetes and heart disease.

Takes about 40 minutes.
Costs £60.

Pricey but i feel better on my feet afterwards

I keep them moisturised and they are vascular which means bloods flowing ok.

My foot spent too much times in rangers … basically leather now 😂
Yes. Being diabetic and susceptible to neuropathy, it’s especially important. I don’t go barefoot, even in the house I wear slippers. My grandfather was a shoemaker; he always stressed the importance of wearing well-made shoes. Even now, no corns, bunions or hammer-toes and the soles are softer than some folks’ hands.
I take functionality over appearance any day. Especially these days when mine aren’t working very well.
