Blisters and itchiness would be just the beginning.
If you don't wash regularly, some of those blisters will turn into sores,
and some of those into infections.

What about a bath or swimming in a river or the sea?

Or try just using a damp cloth to wipe yourself over each day.
Or try damp, soapy, damp, and dry towel.

How about your clothes and laundry?

If you'd like to change that hatred of showering, you could desenitize yourself.
Make sure the shower is at an ideal temperature - feel it with your hand.
Start by just putting your toes under the shower, step back, and dry the toes. Keep doing that till it's no problem.
Then try putting a half or a whole foot under the shower, withdraw and dry.
Keep increasing the area of wetness until you have your whole body under, including wetting the head - and at each stage step back out and dry yourself.
Once you feel comfy with this, try soap and shampoo.

Eventually you can get so it's one of the great treats of the day.
