Can it be that my fingernails on my left hand grow faster then on my right hand or am i imagining this ?

hard to proof it but it feels like it for months now... is that even possible and should i be worried ?

I think it appears that way because it would be usual to pick up wear and breakage from your dominant hand which would make the nails on that hand look shorter. Keeping your hands and nails moisturised and drinking plenty of water helps them grow, also, gentle massage to encourage circulation 🙂

I think it's quite possible, though I don't know for certain. I don't think it's anything for you to worry over.

You may confuse your right hand with your foot. Detailed studies revealed that toenails grow much more slowly than fingernails. According to a study performed at the University of North Carolina, fingernails, on average, grow 3.47 millimeters a month. Toenails, on the other hand (or foot, rather), grow only 1.62 millimeters per month.

Apparently they grow slightly faster on your dominant hand

If you're right handed, you tend to wear them down faster on the right than the left. They probably grow at the same rate.
