Can it be that my fingernails on my left hand grow faster then on my right hand or am i imagining this ?
hard to proof it but it feels like it for months now... is that even possible and should i be worried ?

If you're right handed, you tend to wear them down faster on the right than the left. They probably grow at the same rate.
