Can it be that my fingernails on my left hand grow faster then on my right hand or am i imagining this ?
hard to proof it but it feels like it for months now... is that even possible and should i be worried ?

I think it appears that way because it would be usual to pick up wear and breakage from your dominant hand which would make the nails on that hand look shorter. Keeping your hands and nails moisturised and drinking plenty of water helps them grow, also, gentle massage to encourage circulation 🙂
