Anyone have TMD/J here?
How do you treat your jaw muscle pain? Any tips? I try massage and ice but curious if theres any med or other treatment.

Mines not that bad. My jaw locks up sitting at the dentist sometimes but its fine. Id just say advil, massage and focus on relaxing your face more often.
