Anxiety 😥 I can’t think positive

I’m always worried about every lil thing, I got a notice from the health clinic for a lab test result 🫣 I hope they didn’t find any life changing illness to my health. I had my urine taken to lab for testing when I had a bladder infection, I’m just scared 😟 praying it isn’t anything serious.
