My hair was never the same after getting a straightening perm
I was just looking at this picture from when I was in my early thirties , when I still had my naturally curly/wavy hair . When I was 34 I decided to get a straightening perm. Big mistake. It’s never grown back like this since. It’s wavy but it’s never been curly again
@Matt85 I really don’t understand it but I remember when I went for my consultation for the perm that they told me I might experience this and in my head I didn’t believe them and I just wanted to give it a try and see what it would be like to live with straight hair
