Second week of consistency workout has gone well

I've done
400 pushups
100 pike pushups
200 squats
350 sit-ups

Rested a lot more this week due to double shifts in work and feeling like I need it. Gonna up those numbers and incorporate decline/incline pushups, hollow body holds, and dips.
