New workout approach is going well

Instead of smashing it and burning out I workout twice a day every day no matter what. I do less but consistently and results are better, energy levels are better, and it's a lifestyle change ✌ first week has been 100% consistent

Hey if you are able to workout that much, go for it. When I over train, I get a headache up the back of my head.

I have been doing cardio and strength training 6 days in a row for the past 44 years, hitting each body part twice a week.
Now at 66 I now workout 4-5 days a week, and still look like I did in my 20's and 30's
