I travel a lot, so I can’t always make it to the gym. Instead, I stick to certain ground routines while on the move. Depending on my schedule, I shift between morning and evening workouts, and I don’t stress too much if I have to miss a day. The only drawback is getting back to heavy gym sessions after lighter routine days...it can be tricky. But as long as you warm up properly and prepare, you can usually avoid muscle strain.
