For those who exercise regularly, how do you react to missing a workout?

I just missed my first one this year, and kinda having a crisis. Not sure whether to go heavier in the next workout, to add a makeup day, to cut back on the calories, or to just let it go and continue like nothing happened. I'm leaning towards the last one, but I'm curious to see how other people go about it

@TinyViolins Alot of it depends on why though. If I'm feeling like crap, then I usually just let it go..

@Ironhand My usual thing is to just cut the workout short or go lighter than normal. I just started getting serious about my workout routine at the end of last year, so I had gone up until now without skipping.

I consider it a win overall, but it's hard not to feel a little guilt
