I listend to 80's music today but sometimes listen to techno and sometimes to disco.
i vary but today i did
250 sit ups with a 20 lb medicine ball
100 ab slides with a dual wheel device
25 sit throughs
100 curls each hand 25 pound barbell
25 push ups on a bosu ball
hurdlers strech , butterfly stretches and some shoulder stretches between sets
i broke each down into 5 mini sets. i found the bosu ball pushups really hard. may not do that again--not sure and i tried to do the sit throughs with the bosu ball but it was too hard to build a rhythm
I have 3 different ab wheels and vary them but i kinda like the dual wheel it keeps my arms further apart--each one feels different like each for different reasons.
i used a back arch stretcher today too---but my back is fine now sure if that is helping me much.
