robertsnj I do 200 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, stretching, and then my kick-boxing workout: 25 front kicks, side kicks, and spin kicks with each leg, followed by the heavy bag and the speed bag for the arms every day. This music is especially good when doing the speed bag. Three days a week, I also do shoulders with dumbbells, and three days a week, I have a dance class after work (which is intense on its own). Or, for a change, I will go with my husband on the weekends to his CrossFit class.
