Great Monday workout. I’m too old to stop. To all you fitness folks…KEEP UP THE HARD WORK. We do it for the rush and the feeling of accomplishment. Mad respect for y’all.

@Magenta I was suppose to take a spin class after work, but a last minute problem popped up so I chose to stay and fix it...even though it was not my problem to fix.
