I jog..........today's workout.....
I ran along the sand/beach shoreline this morning, mixing in some backward trots and fast walks. Then I jogged under the bridge and along the city streets back home. Seven miles jogging in 90 minutes, walked another one mile in 16 minutes. Eight miles cardio in about 106 minutes.
Fasting today, just a few cherries, a small piece of apple and watermelon, need to flush my liver.
