For what it’s worth. A dance instructor at the ballroom I used to dance at told his class to go ahead and dance like no one is watching because everyone is looking at their phone!

@ImpeccablyImperfect I am officially in my mid-30s and have been disabled since I was in my early 20s. Nothing my legs do has any semblance of grace in them whatsoever. 😂
